In this site, you will find important financial information
filed by various individuals connected with state government in Iowa. Generally,
the individuals required to report this information are those who are responsible
for making key decisions in state government which impact the lives of Iowans
on a daily basis. Statewide elected officials, members of the general assembly,
agency heads, deputies, and others are required by law to file these reports.
The reports are also required of candidates for state office.
The content of the Personal Financial Disclosure (PFD) statements
is established under Iowa Code section 68B.35. Some of the information disclosed
includes the occupation and nature of the business of each individual reporting,
as well as other sources of income which produce more than $1,000 annually in
gross income for the filer.
