• Statewide offices: 1,000 signatures, including 50 from at least 10 different counties



• State Senate: 100 signatures from state senate district



• State Representative: 50 signatures from state representative district



• County Offices: 2 percent of the 2008 vote for the presidential candidate of the party in the county (contact the county auditor for the specific numbers) or 100 signatures, whichever is less



• County Supervisor by District: 2 percent of the 2008 vote for the presidential candidate of the party in the county (contact the county auditor for the specific numbers) or 100 signatures, whichever is less
