SECRETARY OF STATE MAURO REMINDS VOTERS OF TOMORROW’S CITY PRIMARY ELECTIONS Mailed Absentee Ballots for City Primaries Must be Postmarked Today DES MOINES – Secretary of State Michael A. Mauro encourages Iowans in eight cities across the state to participate in their city primary elections tomorrow, Oct. 6. (See below for a list of cities with primary elections.) Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow. Today is the last day voters may cast an absentee ballot in-person at their local county auditor’s office.
