SECRETARY OF STATE MAURO PRESENTS CIVIC AWARDS AT CAPITOL DES MOINES – Secretary of State Michael A. Mauro will join community and state leaders in recognizing two Iowans who have dedicated years of service promoting voter participation and education within the African American community.
